What a deep clean is

A deep clean is a standard clean with extra time and detail. It is for homes and apartments that need more than routine upkeep: a first visit before starting a recurring schedule, a home that has gone a while between cleanings, or a space with heavier buildup. We confirm the scope in writing before we come, so you know what is included.

What is included in a deep clean

A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean, plus:

• Baseboards, doors and frames
• Cabinet fronts
• Inside the oven and refrigerator
• Grout and heavier buildup
• Detailed fixtures, bathrooms and kitchen

Some items are not part of a standard clean, such as inside the oven or refrigerator, interior cabinets, interior windows, dishes, upholstery or carpet cleaning, and exterior windows. Anything extra is confirmed with you before it is added, so the time and price stay clear.

When a deep clean makes sense

• Before recurring service: start with a deep clean, then keep the home up with standard visits.
• After a long gap: when a home has gone a while between cleanings.
• Around a move: a deep clean helps a place feel fresh, but if you are handing back an apartment, see move-out cleaning.
• After renovation work: construction dust is a different job. See post-construction cleaning.

How we price a deep clean

A deep clean takes more time than a standard clean. We confirm the price after a quick photo check of your home, and we tell you up front if it needs more time than expected. Heavy buildup, extra rooms and heavy pet hair are quoted separately. You get the quote in writing before we schedule.
