How Ironcrest collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Effective September 26, 2026. This policy explains what information Ironcrest Property Services collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Ironcrest Property Services is operated out of Queens, New York by Ironcrest Ventures LLC (“Ironcrest,” “we,” or “us”).
Information you give us
When you request a quote through our website, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your business or property name, address or borough, property type, and approximate size
- The services you want, your preferred dates, cleaning frequency and hours, and how you prefer to be contacted
- Any details you add in the message box
If you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you send. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as Social Security or financial account numbers, in a form, text, or email.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers.
- Ad and campaign information. If you arrive from a Google ad or a campaign link, we keep the ad click identifier, campaign tags, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you in your browser’s session storage. We include this with your quote request so we can tell which ad or campaign led to it. It is cleared when your browser session ends.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records technical information such as IP address and pages requested to run and secure the site.
Payments
This website does not collect or store payment card numbers. If we ask for a deposit or payment, we send you a secure link and you pay through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, walk the property, prepare a written estimate, and schedule and perform services
- To contact you about your request by email, phone call, or text message
- To invoice and collect payment, and to keep business, tax, and insurance records
- To understand how our website and advertising perform, and to improve them
- To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse, and to meet legal obligations
We use your phone number to respond to your request. We do not send marketing text messages unless you have asked us to.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives quote form submissions
- Google, for Google Analytics and, if we run them, Google Ads
- Stripe, for payments
- Our email and phone providers, so we can communicate with you
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If you do not want us to contact you, tell us and we will stop.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide services, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations.
Security
Our website is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@ironcrestpropertyservices.com. We may need to keep some records where the law or our business records require it.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
