Meet the Founder

Jeremy Cardenales | Founder, Ironcrest Property Services

My name is Jeremy Cardenales, and I'm the founder of Ironcrest Property Services.

I've spent 14 years serving in the United States Army, earning the rank of Sergeant First Class, and I'm also a New York City firefighter.

Throughout my military career, I've learned that attention to detail, showing up on time, and seeing the mission through aren't just expectations—they're standards I live by.

As a firefighter, I've carried those same values into serving the people of New York City. The fire service is built on teamwork, trust, accountability, and a commitment to the community. It's about showing up when people need you, taking pride in what you do, and always looking out for the person next to you.

Those are the same principles I bring to Ironcrest every day.

But my experience in the cleaning industry started long before Ironcrest.

I grew up watching my father build his reputation in the cleaning business, servicing commercial offices and residential properties for over 20 years. I saw firsthand the dedication, consistency, and hard work it takes to earn a customer's trust and keep it.

Our goal is simple: provide reliable, professional cleaning services that property managers, business owners, and homeowners can depend on.

Whether we're maintaining a commercial office, preparing an apartment for its next tenant, or cleaning someone's home, we approach every job with the same mindset: show up when we say we will, pay attention to the details, and get the job done right.

To me, serving the community doesn't end when I take off the uniform. Ironcrest is another way to contribute to the city I serve, helping businesses maintain their spaces and giving residents a clean, comfortable environment to call home.

Ironcrest is more than a business to me. It's an opportunity to build on my father's legacy while creating something of our own—one customer, one property, and one job at a time.
