We clean apartments and houses across New York City for tenants and homeowners who are moving out and want the space left in solid condition.

We offer two levels of move-out cleaning for empty homes. Tell us which one you want when you request a quote.

Standard Move-Out Cleaning

Kitchen

• Clean countertops and backsplash
• Wipe exterior of cabinets and drawers
• Clean sink and faucet
• Wipe exterior of appliances
• Clean stovetop surface
• Sweep and mop floors

Bathrooms

• Clean and sanitize toilet
• Clean sink, vanity, and countertops
• Clean bathtub and shower
• Clean mirrors and fixtures
• Sweep and mop floors

Bedrooms & living areas

• Dust accessible surfaces
• Light dusting of baseboards and windowsills
• Wipe door handles and light switches
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Remove small amounts of ordinary trash

Not included: Interior cleaning of refrigerators, ovens, cabinets, drawers, or closets; heavy buildup removal; construction debris; and extensive wall cleaning. Additional services are available for an additional charge.

Deep Move-Out Cleaning

Includes everything in Standard Move-Out Cleaning, plus:

Kitchen

• Detailed cleaning of countertops and backsplash
• Thorough cleaning of cabinet and drawer exteriors
• Detailed cleaning of stovetop and accessible appliance exteriors
• Removal of grease and buildup from accessible surfaces

Bathrooms

• Detailed cleaning of bathtub, shower, and fixtures
• Additional attention to soap scum, grime, and buildup
• Detailed cleaning of accessible grout and tile surfaces
• Thorough cleaning of toilet, sink, and vanity

Bedrooms & living areas

• Detailed cleaning of baseboards
• Wipe doors and accessible door frames
• Detailed cleaning of windowsills and ledges
• Additional dust removal throughout the property
• Thorough vacuuming and mopping of floors

Not included:

• Inside refrigerator
• Inside oven
• Inside cabinets and drawers
• Inside closets
• Interior window glass
• Extensive wall washing
• Heavy debris or construction cleanup

Interior refrigerator, oven, cabinet, and other specialty cleaning services are available for an additional charge and are not included unless specifically stated in your quote. All cleaning supplies and equipment are included. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, and requested services.

Timing around your move-out date

We schedule around your actual move-out date, whether that means cleaning right after your furniture is out or coordinating a specific window with your landlord or building.

Move-out cleaning and move-in cleaning

Move-out cleaning is for the home you are leaving. Move-in cleaning is for the home you are moving into, before your furniture arrives. Both are done in an empty space, which makes it easier to reach baseboards, closets, cabinets and floors. Tell us which one you need when you request a quote.

Getting a home ready to hand back

Many leases ask tenants to leave a unit clean, and a thorough clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and the spots that are easy to miss. We cannot promise a particular outcome with a landlord or a security deposit, but we clean to the scope you approve and tell you up front what is included.

What to have ready

• The home empty of belongings, or cleared enough for us to reach every room
• Access: keys, a doorman, or a time when someone can let us in
• Your building's rules for outside cleaners, such as elevator reservations or a certificate of insurance, which we provide on request
