Cleaning for homes and apartments across NYC

Ironcrest provides residential cleaning for homeowners, tenants, landlords, and realtors. Whether you live in a Queens two-family house, a Manhattan co-op, or a Brooklyn walk-up, we ask about your home and your building first so the quote matches the actual job.

What we clean

  • Standard cleaning: routine cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
  • Deep cleaning: extra time and detail for baseboards, cabinet fronts, grout, and heavier buildup
  • Recurring cleaning: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on a schedule we agree on
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning, including empty apartments and houses
  • Apartment cleaning: studios through three-bedrooms, co-ops and condos, with your building's rules handled
  • Apartment turnovers between tenants for landlords, property managers, and realtors

Building rules and access

Many NYC buildings have rules for outside cleaners: elevator reservations, a certificate of insurance on file, doorman sign-in, and set hours for move-outs. Tell us what your building requires when you request a quote. We provide a certificate of insurance on request and plan our arrival around your building's rules.

Where we clean

We are based in Queens and serve all five boroughs. See residential cleaning in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Nassau County, or in Long Island City, Astoria, Garden City and Valley Stream. You can also browse all of our service areas.

What is included

Standard clean or deep clean

A standard clean covers routine cleaning of accessible areas, room by room. A deep clean gives more time and detail to the areas that need it.

Standard clean

Maintenance cleaning of accessible areas.

  • Kitchen: counters and backsplash, sink and faucet, appliance exteriors, stovetop, trash removed
  • Bathrooms: toilets, showers and tubs, sinks and counters, mirrors, trash removed
  • Bedrooms and living areas: accessible surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed, basic straightening
  • Floors: vacuumed throughout, hard floors mopped
  • Light switches and door handles wiped, visible marks spot-wiped

Deep clean

Everything in a standard clean, plus extra time and detail.

  • Baseboards, doors and frames
  • Cabinet fronts
  • Inside the oven and refrigerator
  • Grout and heavier buildup
  • Detailed fixtures, bathrooms and kitchen

A deep clean takes more time. We confirm the price after a quick photo check of your home, and we tell you up front if it needs more time than expected.

Not part of a standard clean

Inside the oven or refrigerator, interior cabinets, interior windows, detailed baseboards and door frames, dishes, upholstery or carpet cleaning, exterior windows, high-access cleaning and heavy debris removal. Some of these are part of a deep clean, and others are available on request. Anything extra is confirmed with you before it is added, so the time and price stay clear.
