What a post-construction clean covers

When the trades finish, dust settles on everything. We clean up the dust, debris and residue the work leaves behind: floors, counters, fixtures, windowsills, and the bathrooms and kitchens after installation work. Most requests are for a final clean once the work is done. If your project needs cleaning at more than one stage, tell us and we will talk through the schedule.

• What work was done and when it finishes
• Your handoff, occupancy or opening date
• Access details: hours, elevator or loading rules, and who is on site
• Anything unusual, such as a lot of leftover debris
